Client Services

WPA now has three full-time client service representatives who have the necessary training and hands on experience to respond to daily questions and concerns as they are related to your current pathology services. Our client service representatives provide daily courier pickups in Pocatello, Idaho Falls, Rigby, Rexburg and other surrounding communities.

These staff members can be reached Monday through Friday to deliver supplies, pickup a specimen and answer your questions.
